Spring is the most inspiring of the seasons. Coming out of the darkness of winter, spring is a rebirth bringing forth that freshness and renewed energy. Wouldn't it be great if we could benefit to spring’s energy in daily life? In order to do so, we have to comprehend spring energy and therefore I shall take a brief detour first and explain life energy.

Spring is for me the most wonderfull season of the year. Especially in the morning when the sun is rising you hear the birds. It is magic for me.
